At Home Remedies for Curing Acne Naturally
Here it comes again. That soreness on your face. You just know a pimple is right around the corner. In fact, it will most likely rear it’s ugly head by morning. There are methods you can take to help cure your acne naturally. Before spending tons of money on over the counter medicines, try some of these remedies.
At the first sign of a pimple forming, treatment should start. Washing your face with a mild antibacterial soap is the first step. Good soaps to use may contain one or more of the following ingredients: tea tree oil, green tea, aloe vera, and chamomile. After your skin is cleansed, dab a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water on the offending areas with a swab. Hydrogen peroxide will kill the bacteria and should be applied on the pimple for up to a minute at a time. You can use a cotton ball or a swab and do this until it is healed. Tea tree oil is a great antiseptic that could be used instead of the peroxide.
Placing an ice pack on the pimple can reduce the swelling. Try doing this for 2 minutes and then take a break. Repeat as often as necessary. Masks applied to the face until they dry are very effective treatments in curing acne naturally. Try mixing baking soda with water and apply to the face. Rinse off after the mask dries. Applying an egg white mask can dry out the pimple. Leave this on for 20 minutes before rinsing off. A good oatmeal mask can be made by putting oats in a blender and adding a little apple cider vinegar and apply to the pimples for 20 minutes before washing off.
Some very good herbal treatments that can be used to cure acne naturally are chamomile, lavender, burdock root and echinacea. These herbs are usually very soothing and calming to pimples. Because they reduce swelling, they help to unclog pores. Another natural treatment is acidophilus. This good bacteria dwells in our intestinal track. Acidophilus aids in fighting against bad bacteria that can be harmful to your health. Acidophilus is a product that is taken orally and helps to kill the acne causing bacteria.
In order to be acne free, these four things need to happen in our skin care regimen. First, we must decrease the sebum production from our sebaceous glands. Second, we have to reduce acne bacteria. Then we must normalize the shedding of the skin. Lastly, eliminate the inflammation caused by acne. Curing acne naturally can be a hit or miss proposition. Homemade acne treatments can be safer, cheaper and more effective ways to deal with pimples. Following a procedure using only tested products should help you find a suitable cure much sooner.
If these natural cures are not effective in treating your acne, a dermatologist may be your next step. Mild acne may respond to some of these treatments. Don’t be afraid to seek out some over the counter medicines as they may be the answer to your problem.

You made some good points there. I did a search on the topic and found most people will agree with your blog.
You’re making quite a few good details inside your article and would definitely agree with most.
Thank you Ernest and Jeanette. I have definitely studied this topic over the years.
I came across your website, i think your blog is cool, keep us posting.
I’m glad you enjoyed my blog.
Its amazing how much improvement can be made in ones problems with acne by simply washing their face well. Acne begins with the blocking of pores with the body’s natural oils and plain old regular dirt.

Thanks Hope. Yes it is very important to keep our pores clean from dirt and oil.
It is great to know that you will find methods to clear wrinkles and firm up sagging skin using the very latest natural skin lotions and entire body lotions. These now provide an excellent and healthy alternative to more drastic measures like Botox or surgical treatment.
There is a lot of information and good products out there to help with skin care these days. No needles for me! Thanks for your comments.
Hello there, just wanted to know how I can get a hold of the owner of this website? I own my own health website and was interested in featuring your site.
Hi Brian,
I sent you an email. Glad you are interested in my site.
Took me a long time to read all the comments, but I really enjoyed the subject that you chose. It seemed very enlightening to me and I am sure to all the other commenters who have read this blog, It’s always exciting when your not only given information, but your also entertained! I’m sure you had fun making this blog. I’m going to grab your rss feed so I don’t miss anything important that you guys may come up with in the future, Thanks…
Replacing Fruits as your source of sweets will be another great choice when dealing with acne. Simple carbohydrates allows the body to become acidic. An acidic body is a great environment for bacteria to produce in your body. Sweets also causes an increase blood sugar regulating insulin. Which causes skin inflammation.
Should you want to know how to clear your pimple by attacking the root from the problem then this article is for you. If on the other hand you’re searching for quick and easy remedies that you can just concoct at home and throw onto your face for a few hours then this isn’t the right article for you. I’ve read a number of articles about “how to clear acne” and it’s incredible how so couple of of these articles tell you to look inside your body for the solution instead of preaching about a new lemon and psyllion husk mixture that will clear your pimple in two days flat.
Hello Great Job. I think you made some great points in your points and I am goign to do some follow up research topic related and learn more.

Good day, incredible contribution. I would really like to talk about a tiny acne trick with the readers if perhaps that is alright?
Cleanse your skin. Vary your cleanser based on your skin type. Numerous cleansers are more ideal for oilier skin while others are more effective with regard to sensitive skin. It’s also possible to acquire soaps specifically for this. Clean your facial area at the very least twice daily.

Hi I’ve had constant acne since I was 12. My life is hard enough without having this. This week, after a nice rare clear skin period that lasted a week, I have broken out in severe acne. I haven’t changed my diet or started using anything new.
Cathi says,
Really sorry to hear of your difficulties, Frank. While my blog may be helpful in clearing up acne, some cases are so bad that people need to visit a dermatologist, especially if it is a hormonal problem. Good luck to you!
